As a courtesy, WAX'D issues a text or email reminder roughly 24 hours prior to any scheduled appointment; however, it is the guests responsibility to remember their appointment. We understand that sometimes rescheduling is necessary. When something comes up, we request that our guests reschedule with at least 12 hours notice prior to any scheduled appointments. This includes omitting additional services, which have been scheduled together, while present for the appointment.
If the guest cancels or reschedules their appointment less than 12 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time, WAX'D reserves the right to charge the guests credit/debit card 50% (rounded up) of the full value of the scheduled service(s). If the guest "No Call/No Shows," WAX'D reserves the right to charge the guests credit/debt card for the FULL value of the missed appointment. If the guest habitually misses, reschedules, or cancels, WAX'D reserves the right to ask the guest to pre-pay for future services.
We do understand that our guests time is important, and do our best to be on time; therefore, anyone more than 10 minutes late, may need to be rescheduled. To be fair to our other guests, if there is still time to work with the guest who is running late, the time that the guest is late may need to be deducted from the service(s). The guest is still responsible for payment of the time scheduled.
All services scheduled apply to the cancellation policy. This includes changing, or omitting services where time has been reserved. When we schedule services, we hold that time for that guest. When services are omitted within the 12 hour policy, including during the scheduled appointments time-frame, that service will be treated as a late cancellation, and will be charged as such.
